For anyone living in the Derby/Notts area, there is a item on the
television on Monday 30th June at 6pm about hypnotherapy and stress management. It is The Alexander Practice and his name is Geoffrey Schofield His web sight address is www.alexanderpractice.co.uk.
I have been seeing him at his home for about eight weeks now for hypoanalytical therapy. And I really do think I am getting somewhere.
Yes it is a bit pricey, but well worth it I think. Apart from Panic
Attacks my self esteem was very low but now I have learnt to put my point of view without thinking I might have upset someone.
I think the programme will be on the Midlands News for Notts not Birmingham
Best Wishes to everyone.

With Hypnotherapy - as opposed to hypnosis - you are in control at all times - you never go "under" and forget anything - trust me!!

Bish - I have had a lot of hypnotherapy - read the update on my site for the latest session.

You will not be running around like a chicken - you know exactly what is going on and what is said - you do not have someone clicking their fingers and putting you in a trance.

It is very relaxing and I love it.
