Last night i was awake till 6am and i have children so today has been hell. :weep:
The insides of my elbows are hurting and the backs of my knees. Feels like my limbs are being pulled. Been like this 2 days and it's not gone. I'm trying to calm down but no matter what i do this feeling won't go away.
Can this be anxiety given that it's constant? Most of my symptoms do come and go but this is driving me mad. :unsure:
