Hi Everybody

I joined about a week ago but this is my official hello....

I have suffered off and on from panic attacks for 20 years.....add to that the normal ugly sisters of nerves and anxiety....
I hope to meet many of you directly and indirectly and I hope that together we can fight these awful feelings.
