Use other social anxiety support groups and via them, go to meetups and gatherings and use this to combat my anxiety and push myself further in my recovery.

:welcome:Hi David and welcome to nmp. Im fairly new, three weeks here and this site is brill. Its helped me and Ive made loads of friends in chat. There's lots of good information available, and there's always someone to chat too who are good company and always bring a smile to my face.
