sopped panicking for a few weeks an dbang back i think it is cause there is a lot of stress going on here at the moment and i got dentist today to have a tooth out and the silly take over breathing kicks in and think i am dying when does this ever stop need a break please stop

I know it's scary hun but try to remember that it can't and won't hurt you.
Explain to the dentist how you feel and i am sure he will put you at ease.

thank you it went well bit tender at the moment still but it came out in seconds and i got a lot worse before i got there but at least the dentist has agreed now i only have appointments in thee morning he is the best dentist ever thank you again guys
