Hi there, I'm a new member of the forum. I'm a 32 year old female and I've been suffering anxiety problems for most of my life and recently found myself off work again. I'm sure most people will agree it can be a really lonely time as many people don't understand. Also have just been put on anti depressants for the first time so am having problems with the side effects and the anxiety now. Look forward to sharing my troubles and also hopefully offering some support to fellow anxiety sufferers!
