Hi people, my name is Dave and I live in a small village halfway between Norwich and Ipswich. I am currently a PhD student.

I have suffered from GAD for as long as I can remember but as I near the grand old age of 40, the thought of living the rest of my life like this has made me realise that I need to confront this thing head on and in turn become as free of anxiety as possible.
