New and a little nervous!

Hi there,
My name is Laura and I suffer from general anxiety but have a real problem with health anxiety. Ive never really used a forum like this but the information ive seen so far looks fantastic and im quite excited(if not a liitle nervous...don't know why!)about hearing others stories and how we all cope.
