worried about tummy

hi
im worried about my tummy. it often feels huge and tight like a balloon. ive seen the doc who is referring me to gastro but im worried i have ovarian cancer as bloatedness is one of the symptoms. (its one of the only cancers left that i havent already convinced myself i have)
when i had my lunch today i had pain and need to go for a poo.
any advice please, fed up with worrying all the time

could it be ibs? sounds like it to me. Could try peppermint tea for bloating & I find a wheat bag (one you heat in microwave) helps pain on my tummy & painkillers & rest. With the pooing lots, imoduim does the trick. x
