i think i am having nervous breakdown, maybe from childhood days to now, i am so sick. i don't know who am i anymore. what should i start with? will i ever be cured. is there any self help to help myslef>

hiya alba, have you been to your doctor? and tried any treatments? if you havent, then please, please go! there is so much help out there for you, even though you dont feel as if there is! trust me there is, i was like you! :blush:
