Hi my name is Johan and Im 29 years old.
I live in Sweden, Vårgårda (springyard in english :) )

I have suffered from Panic Anxiety, PTSD, GAD & Social phobia for years.

When I found this site i was worried about "floaters" & flashes. I was worried sick every waking moment for the last 10 years. Doctors and therapists never said anything. But when I found all of you that have been so brave and shared, I was set free. I now know that Im not alone, that its normal and nothing to worry about. Thank you. :yesyes:
