:D Hello everyone. I am new here.
I have had panic attacks for years and anxiety. I have post trauma stress disorder (PTSD).
I am 54 years old. I joined this group as I need to learn how to deal with
panic attacks.
I am assertive and set good boundaries with others.
I am intuitive and perceptive and sensitive.
I trust my own intuition and my gut feelings about things.
When I feel uncomfortable or feel danger I get panic attacks.
I come from a traumatic childhood. I have recently taken off a year from my social justice activism so I can continue my healing.
I want to learn new tools in how to cope with panic attacks and anxiety that I have.
