I found this post very useful, its true I find all this health advice that is around scary I suffer greatly from health anxiety and every time you pick up a magazine or watch Tv there is some one frightening the life out of us with regard to obsesity, drinking,, smoking, what type of food we should or should not be eating and as for all the health scares is it any wonder we get worked up.
