Scary Symptoms

Hello All,

This is going to seem really odd and is quite uncomfortable for me to mention, but I don't personally know anyone with anxiety to talk to.

Here goes, do any of you suffer from pains in your rectum / anus due to anxiety??? I don't have an upset stomach and neither am I constipated. I have noticed this over the past 2 weeks. I haven't really felt anxious during this period of time, so it is worrying me a bit.

I am still getting chest pains where my heart is located and pains in my left arm. Are these normal?

I am a fit and active 26 year old male and am getting married in August this year, so all should be going very well for me, but this anxiety thing is sometimes getting in the way a little bit.

Have a look at the posts by Alexy as he has the same with the pains in his rectum.

As for the chest pains over the heart - try some stretches to give the muscle a bit of exercise - it will help.
