Self help groups are cool and you will feel so welcome. The people come in all age groups and from all walks of life. The great thing for me when I went to one was that I knew everyone would understand how I felt and they did.

Aww marie,

you did well to go, it must have been somewhat nerve racking to go to it, hence the panic attack when you got home, i remember years ago when my panic attacks first started, someone only had to mention them and i'd have one.
