I have managed to stay un medicated and quite happy for about 15 months and the last period was only about 4 weeks.
However, trying to gauge my period of normality:shrug: things such as meetings and flying were still damned hard work. High buildings still gave me the willies on most occassions as well, but I got on with it.
Last week I found that I have had a major change of work where I have been moved from my current location to London.
I have had three days of no sleep and feel dreadful with that feeling of impending doom.
Not sure if I should battle through or go for the Citalopram. I know the first time I took it, it was terrible, but last time it was quite reasonable.
My concerns are that a 3 hour drive into London with the side effects I had the first time would make it very difficult.
