hey can anyone help im very anxious right now ive had a really rough week with panic attacks and im getting so i cant stay in my home at night because i fear another panic attack i just have to get out im scared of going to bed because all i do is get tensed up i always end up going outside or in casulty as this makes me feel safe.:scared15:

hi.sorry that you are feeling frightend...I too have a very hard time at night dealing with my attacks...is there anyone who you can call in the evenings to help get you through it?
