feeling sick and upset tummy

does this never end since yesterday ive been feeling really bad, cant stay off the toilet for more than 10mins got pains in tummy is this a bug again im worried

Ive had this for last 3 or 4 days same thing but with sore neck too, never been sick just a sickly feeling , and my hubby has had the same. Fraid its probably just another one of those nasty little bugs with the change of weather more than likely. Just try to make sure you drink plenty to keep yourself hydrated and keep warm.

you probably never had a bug. These are all common anxiety symptoms. try only breathing through your tummy and RELAX and it was go after a while.. keep repeating, this is just anxiety. You have to believe it otherwise, it will keep coming and last for a few days. drink hot pepermint tea everyday and it will help you relax ur tummy i promise.
