I am really worrying lately because i have extreme fatigue,loose bowels,headaches,backpain,night sweats and now i am getting pains in my spleen area and behind my left ears sore,feels like a lymph node.I have never worried about lymphoma but its starting to bother me now.I have had bloods done which were ok apart from something bein low but they werent concerned and chest xray was ok.Would something like this be picked up on these tests?I have asked for an ultrasound scan of my tummy.
