why am i scared in crowded places

why ifeel so tense, scared and feel dizzy, light headed, heart beating so fast when i am in crowded places or outside, i feel so out of control of myself. like wnating to faint there. i run as iwalk, what sickness is ithis?

could it be becos i am always bullied and i never stand up for myself.how to recover. i am afraid i misses so much in life?

the sickness is panic attacks and anxiety its a horrible feeling but it will pass

when will it pass, has anyone here ever get cured? how u do that?it is terrrible horrible, it make me cut off the world, i used to love shopping, walking around, now i am like a zombie walking, i am so scared, i cant' stand the noise, noisy, crowded places. why, is it becos of my so unhappiness at work?
