My legs feel heavy and have aheacache. feel shaky, hands clammy, scared in case having epileptic episode. don't want to collapse.

feel really strange, cant' describe it.

can't calm down!

hi ireni doesnt sound like epilepsy but good old anxiety bliming thing, always best to get checked out though if feel you need reassurance

Thanks Amanda, i hate this. :weep: I have three exams soon - one maths (my worst subject) and the other two are biology. They're in a few days and I think that's part of the reason why my 'symptoms' are so bad at the moments. Had palpitations all day, too.

How do people calm down when they feel like this?
