ive got to get better for october

well im ummmm 40 in september :blush: and my kids said not to have a party, but to go to cyprus a few of us on holiday, there paying how can i say no to that but im worried, but im determined to go aswell so any advice is very welcome

I have had the same issues as you about travelling, this time last May I was in Santorini - yes I was anxious but once I got there I had a fantastic time and have been able to go on holiday twice since then, although I still get the wha tif feeling before I go which is perfectly normal.

Take my word for it you will be fine hun - go and have a fantastic time, it's not every day you are 40!!!!!
