hey I'm 19 and I have been suffering from anxiety since last summer. :blush: I'm most anxious in social situations as I tend to be paranoid and overly self conscious :blush:
I have dealt with depression since my dad left when I was little, and from when my step brother committed suicide... But I managed to cope with the worse of it I think :) just got to deal with anxiety issues now
I'm grateful that there is such a friendly and informative site like this, its comforting to know that there are others like me and that I don't have to feel ashamed of not always being able to cope.:)
