I've just registered and thought I'd say hello
I have suffered with social anxiety for over twenty years and can function rather well these days, no one would ever guess, until I have to make a cup of tea..........and then I shake, uncontrollably, unless it's for my immediate family
This is the one thing in my life I cannot overcome and has limited my life quite substantially.
