Really want my life bk

So tired of anxiety and panic attacks they have controlled my life on and off since 17. Always had my mum there as my rock she too had panic attacks so knew how bad they were she died 3 years ago i just feel noone really understands:weep: i ring my dad up sobbing and he just gets angry and says pull yourself together if only it was that easy. I get so angry with him.Trying hypnotherapy at mo cos really am at my wits end hope i get some help.

aww, im sorry to hear about your mum.

I do agree with paul though, your father is just trying to help, a lot of people in the family think im a drama queen, that its something you can just "get over" and they get irritated when im having as they would say "an episode" but the feeling are real, and i wish you the best in feeling better
