dry eyes and eye strain

i think i may have eye strain and dry eyes, last night my eyes i feel like got something inside, and i wash also can't get out, it feel so irritated and like a stick in my eye struck there, and i can't open my eyes, i keep on closing my eyes, and i put eye drop but it dont work it scared and panic me suddenly i feel so blury and pain and scared, i can't move, i just sit and close my eyes till morning. morning my eyes is so sticky, very sticky until now my eyes feel ot good.

and in office when i do computer work, for 10mins i feel i must run away from my pc i must walk away but when i stand and work away i feel so dizzy ,light headed, and blury, esp when i am walking and looking frontwards i see blury and dizzy. is that eyestrain?

go to see a pharmacist who will give you something to help - and dont worry its very common but must be treated as it hurts so much.
