its still upsetting me

from when i saw gp the other day and tey said i seem to do these things (ie harm myself) when i don't get my own way :weep: which isn't true and i found it very hurtful afterwards i couldn't look or speak to them :weep: :weep:
they might of not meant it quite as badly but the way i felt anyway it just made me worse

Hi,

it hurts when we are misunderstood. Especially if we can't explain how it really is & if it's something we may pride ourselves on not being or something. ie. if you always try to be considerate of others all the time, it would be hurtful to be called selfish or told u had an ulterior motive when you didn't. It can be easy to take blame where it's not intended that way.

They try their best to help, but they don't have all the answers :) They try to make educated guesses, & hopefully come across the right ones.
