weird pains?

Does anyone get pains under there armpit?Its not there constant but i get shooting pains and sometimes if i stretch out it feels sore under my armpit.I cant feel any lump and its not sore to touch.Also my node behind my left ear was sore and its bigger and i dont seem to have one on the right.
