Several members have asked if I will get some more wristbands in for sale.

They look like this in case you didn't know...

JFDI stands for Just Flipping Do It.

The minimum I can order is 50 so I need to get an idea of whether there is a demand for these or not so please only vote "yes" for wanting a band if you really would buy one or I cannot gauge the results accurately.

Colin (London) has kindly donated £30 towards the inital cost of buying these bands. Thanks Colin.

The cost will be £3 each.

I know this sounds a bit girly but do the wristbands come in any other colours besides blue? Do you have any in pink? If they only come in blue, then I will still have one though.

Hi Nicola - i bought one of thesebands when i was at my worst and i still have it. it sounds silly but when i get bad i wear it and it reminds me of this site and that i am so not alone with this! i am happy to also donate £20 towards the cost. just let me know how and where to pay. card works best for me but if not tell me where to send a cheque

Aww thanks GAD - the bands are on order now and will be here in 2 weeks I think now.

I was trying to keep the costs low but because I only ordered 50 they cost more I am afraid.

If you want to donate £20 then I can bring the cost down even more for members and that would be fantastic.

For me the bands was symbol to remind me that im not alone and that it IS JUST A THOUGHT!! When i first had anxiety i felt so alone and convinced myself i was crazy - it was only after i found this site that my life started to change and i got the strength to recover. I suppose we all need somthing for added reasurance and the band worked for me.

Hi,
I recieved my wrist band and other goodies from shop the other day. I put my band on in the car and spent what felt like a few moments fiddling with it and before I knew it Id arrived at my destination. Are these things magic or what...I mean I didnt even panic!

My wristband has helped me take a big step towards recovery this week in that I actually went to the hairdresser to get a much needed hair cut. This was something that I thought I would never be able to do again and it's all due to wearing this little blue wristband. Ok hubby drove me there and back but he just dropped me off and left me to it on my own. I was shaking like a leaf when I first walked in to the hairdressers but I just kept playing with the wristband and it made me relax and calm down and before I knew it my hair was washed, cut and restyled and I walked out of the shop with a great big smile on my face knowing that I had managed to achieve something that I didn't think was possible a month ago :yesyes:

Thanks Nicola, I just had a little shopping spree in your shop... I got the wristbands and found my favourite smell, lavender! My grandmother used to spray Yardleys Lavender on my pillow back in the 70's and I always seem to relax more with it. Can I use the oil on my pillows or should I just put some on a handkerchief?

You can use the oil on the pillow but it will need diluting I think. I have some room spray as well that you can spray on pillows too.
