hi my names nicola,and i had my first panic attack on the 6th of june 2006 at 4am in the morning,and im happy to say im still alive:D however at the time i thought i was going to die,i thought the doctor in the a&e department was out of his mind and couldnt he see i was having a heart attack,i was in such a state it took 3 weeks to register in my brain that i was very much alive and that heart attacks dont last this long !!!!!! I still have anxiety which ilive with on a day to day basis some days are good some are really bad,but its good to know im not alone.:yesyes:
