Does anyone else get really hot surges when they think they are going to explode they are so hot?

Hi there,
I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I have felt hot when anxious before. Usually it's just my forehead but I have felt hot all over once or twice.
I just read another post of yours where it was possible this was due to medication? Is this what you mean or are you talking about something different?

I get hot surges but it feels like its from the inside of my body and not the out.

Can you explain them anymore?

Yes it feels like its on the inside of my body, it seems to go from my legs right to the top of my head and my arms almost sting with the heat, its very strange and very uncomfortable. I dont break out into a sweat or get a temperature, it just feels like the inside of my body is on fire.

I don't get that, I get hot from the inside too but not how you describe, sorry I can't be much help.
Is this a side effect of any medication?

Mine are very much like you described, but your could be a side effect from any medication like LJ said, but I know how you feel anyway.

Was this on another one of your posts? I have had what you are describing. It wasnt long after starting medication.

I thought I was going catch alight I was so hot, which caused me to then go and have a panic attack.

I havnt had one as bad as that since but have had a few minor episodes. I hoping they will go away once my tablets really kick in.

I have been experiencing hot surges which seem to move around my body over the lst few weeks.... I am not on any medication so I dont even have an idea what it is... maybe just another anxiety symptom or I was thinking a food intolerance?
