I have been getting pains and twinges in the top of my chest above my breasts for a few days plus I keep breaking out in a sweat out of the blue on and off, my jaw hurts, my left shoulder blade, left arm, and palm of left hand all hurt...comes and goes, I also keep getting lightheaded and feel like I haven't slept in days...I took motrin but it doesn't seem to help the pain...if it were a heart attack, woulld it come and go for days? I have had many ekgs in the past and bloodwork...its just driving me crazy...I do have a feeling of a lump in my throat but I guess that could be my reflux?
