Hi all,
I've read a lot about the links between Citalopram and weight gain on this site. What I want to know is, for those who do feel it caused them to gain weight / prevented them from losing weight when dieting, how long does is take when you stop Citalopram to start noticing a difference? I' ve only been on it for about 6 months (20mg) and I've just starting taking a tablet every other day to wean myself off.
I'm eating sensibly (little and often, low fat stuff) and I'm jogging regularly plus hiking at the weekend. This is the most diciplined I've ever been but I can't even shift a pound.
