Anti-depressants and pregnancy

Hi I'm currently on 10mg Citalopram having reduced from 20mg with great difficulty.

My husband and I are thinking about trying for a baby this year, but I'm not sure whether this is a good idea when taking the med.

Doctors seem to be fairly vague about it. Obviously I would far prefer to be off it, but I don't know if I can reduce any further without feeling terrible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I know some people may take it, but I think you have to make sure what class its in. This only your dr can answer. Personally I wouldn't, but keep in mind, lots of time when you get pregnant, your hormone levels are different and you may not have a problem at all. I did wonderful during mine!
