Hi there,
this is my first post, so a bit about myself.
I'm 22 and have been suffering from anxiety for about two years. I have recently seen a psychiatrist who said I have GAD and agrophobia (although I don't think I have agrophobia). I am currently not on any medication although the psychiatrist recommended paroxetine-I'm really worried about going on medication.
Anyway looking forward to hear other peoples stories and experiences.
