i've been suffering with anxiety for 6 months now and the main thing that is bothering me now is the aches i get around my left shoulder, armpit and also my left pec. Its caused several phone calls to nhsdirect and a trip to hospital and it goes when i'm told its muscular and nothing to do with heart. I'm seeking help with relax techniques as i can't carry on using muscle rub forever, all bllod tests and ECG's say there is nothing wrong but also find it hard to believe them
