hi i suffer from panic attacks and fear off haven a heart attacks its just taking over my live really i dont know wat to do

Hi Liz, :welcome: to NMP, I hope you will find the information here useful. I can really understand where you are coming from regarding a fear of having heart attacks because a few years ago I was also convinced it would affect me too because my neighbour (who was quite young) had one and he died from it, I was the same age as him at the time (31), which made me think I was going to have one too. After stressing so much about it, I finally managed to convince myself that I am OK and that my pulse increasing is due to anxiety. I hope you find the support you need.
