Left Arm Pain

I thought i was having a heart attack - the pain in upper left arm was soooooo very sharp
ran down into ring finger / (had to pull off my wedding ring) and up under my arm -
I was stunned by the fear (i was in a shop)
thought ...... if it was heart it would be still very painfull???????
As fast as i could go i got to my doctor - who said """i must have turned the arm in some way and pulled the muscle""""""
ALL the other symptoms are panic related - tingling mouth / tongue / fingers etc
Home now but still tingling /ears ringing and over breathing etc etc

Sorry to hear about your panic. We all know what you are going through. Don't feel bad we understand. I am sure this is all anxiety and you will get better.

i often get sharp pains in my arms, i used to get them more often though. i think for me it was a matter of the way i held my arms and the fact i used a computer a lot, and i think it was RSI but it was a sharp type of pain. do you write with your left hand or use a pc a lot in general? this may be the cause, if not it is well know that anxiety can cause random pains as the mind is a powerful thing. hope you feel better now!

I am still just sick with the fear of it happening again - basically fear of fear - arm pain..............:weep:

After i posted the above I "googled" left arm pain knowing doc said it was not my heart - what else could it be?????
