Hey I'm craig, 19 suffer from panic attacks. Suffered from depression and went through counselling for god knows how many months. Looking for people who understand panic attacks and can give advice.

Nickname of Baby Tiger always cheers me up, and so does the girl who gave it to me. So thats where that comes from.

Hope to be helped and to help other people on our quest to beat panic :blush:
