Hi All,

Well have no posted for a while, having been doing really well, been working and no real panic attacks or anxiety feelings.... well until this week and its back and I feel worse than ever.. am on 10mg cipralex and gonna ring doctor see if I need to up... but its hits hard with a vengance when it comes back...... dont know what to do really am so disappointed. x

I know the feeling hun u think does it ever end. I think ur so brave going 2 work i know 2 hours a day is enough for me. Keep ur chin up really hope doc sorts something out for u. Big hugs Bev x

mines back too, but i feel a bit more confident about coping with it this time. still think im going mad though!!!
im sure we will be ok!
