i stumbled across this website while i was googling something once again.
there are a million and 1 things i want to google just to find someone who has the same thing as me at the time(as i always seem to have something wrong).
Im 23 and have been a 'panicker' since i was a child.
I used to worry about dying all the time,i thought that if i went to sleep i just wouldn't wake up.i still have an immense fear of death,and thinking about it makes me feel physically sick.i suffer from panick attacks and worry about every illness,and if i read about something make myself believe i have the same thing.i have ocd and am very clean.if i had it my way i would make people change into boiler suits when they came to my house.
im just glad that there is a website to chat with people,as i have a partner who is very unsympathetic in that area,he has no understanding of the what it feels like when you are gripped with panick and fear.
it feels reassuring to know there are lots of people,that i can relate to
