Eye floaters & stabbing pains in head

Basically what the title says.

I'm so worried

I get them in the back of my head, is this a symptom of stress or anxiety? or something serious?

I got these eye floaters last year and i paniced and went to the opticians and he said 99% of these are debris and nothing to worry about.I have also had shooting pains in my head the last few month and i have just been opticians again yesterday but he said everything was fine.

Try not to worry, hun - stress and anxiety can give one a nasty headache more than anything else can. Try to relax - I know it´s tough. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have had this over the last few weeks. I get eye floaters if i am dehydrated and find drinking lots of water clears it up. I have also been getting head pains on and off the last few weeks. They dont last long and are not really sore but more annoying. I have been stressed out lately which i think it must be.
