Hi, I'm hoping I might make some new friends on here, either as pen/email friends or to possible meet up (anyone from / or near Cardiff?).
I suffer from GAD and also social anxiety so going out and meeting new people is almost impossible, (for a guy of 32 thats quite a problem).
Sadly I don't have many friends as most of tem have moved away over the last few years or are have lost touch with them for one reason or another, also my best friend moved away last year for her job and I don't get to see her very often.
Because of this I rarely go out and my anxiety of unfarmiliar surroundings and crowded places is getting worse, afterall you can't exactly go out by yourself and sit in some pub/bar looking like a "billy no mates"...... so the problem gets worse. I hope I can find some people to chat to on here.
