Sore eyes with anxiety?

Not sure if this will make sense to anyone but i've suffered with anxiety for a while and also ocd.

A while ago I started doing yoga and meditation which helped me to relax a lot.

However this involved focusing on one point in between my eyes.

I found this okay at first yet after a while my eyes started to become sore. Almost like they were twisting all the time and a year or so late the same thing is still happening, id say its more uncomfortable than painful though.

Me personally I think its a form of ocd as its only when I think of it that it happens if that makes any sense, but i'm just wondering is this common with others or is it worth getting a doctor to check it out?

Have you been and had a routine eye check - up .

If not thats probably the place to start.

I think that eyes can get sore with anxiety when blood pressure goes up. I have had this in the past. :D
