Good morning 2 all :)
I'm glad to find a site where other people are going through the same stuff as me. Well hi anyways, My name is Sara and i have Social Anxiety. It's been a struggle for 7 years and I feel like ive wasted my life. It can cripple me other times but other times I can go out with my few friends and enjoy myself. I was suicidal over my marriage ending as I thought I'd never find anyone again to help me through it but then I relised I dont NEED anyone!!! Jesus people can do it for themselves, you shouldnt let SA rule you. I know its harder than expected, but I'm nearly overcome mine and ANYONE is more than welcome to talk to me and ask advice. I just wanna help because I'm going through it myself, so i'm looking forward to talking to peeps on here :)
