Just wondered if anyone else has the same problem as i had/sometimes have. At the height of my anxiety, and sometimes if i am feeling poorly, when we go to bed i try to get my hubby to get to sleep after me, either by watching TV or by talking to me. The number of times i've said "tell me about your life as a child" or something!!!! Its just if i try to go to sleep as normal, the moment his body starts to twitch (you know the falling off a cliff thing) i feel worse cos i think "oh god, if i have to wake him up now he's not gonna be too pleased"

anyone else or just me??

You definitely aren't alone, Kerry. I do the same thing with my boyfriend if I'm nervous or anxious. He can sleep anytime, anywhere though, so I'm always fighting a losing battle!
