:)HI There,
My nane is Penny,I have Introduced myself on the
New Members Forum, so please read it if you want to
know more.
I feel that this Group is really concerned with the way
that the other Members feel, everyone's chat is very
caring and you can feel that they do want to really
help each other with their problems.
I'm a Mature Lady, and over the years I have had
every Symptom that you can think of, however, with the
Self Help,which I'm for 100%, managed to really
help myself to reduce the Fears, to know that the things
I think will happen, NEVER HAPPEN.
So over the years, even though I do get the Panics,
I can deal with it, there what I call mild Symptoms.
I now, because off the Tensions through the years,
do get terrible, Head and Neck Tensions.
I feel SO much tensions in the Head and Neck, that it
does interfere with the Balance some times.
Like Edward said in his post,the head feels
as if it is Bobbing, Moving.
I tend to walk with the Head down and so find it very
difficult to look up.
When I'm at home and need to get something from the
cuboard in the Kitchen, it is sore to look up,
and when in the Supermarket, looking at the things that
are high up, gives me problems too.
This can cause the " WOBBLES " which is not very nice.
I'm wondering if any one can tell mo of some gentle
exercises that I could practice.
I cannot afford to go for Treatment, so would welcome
your suggestions please.
