Weird leg spasm's..

Another "Weird" thing I tend to get, Weird leg spasm's! (If I can call them that way)

They are really weird, and usually seem to appear when I am "Dozing off", Like when I am laying in bed, nearly sleeping. I suddenly get a hefty shock going through my legg, and I shoot up and am immedietly awake again...

Does anyone have experience with these Spasm's?

This could well be Restless Legs...i get it a lot and it drives me barny:weep: My legs jump and twich mainly at night:wacko:

It's so annoying, i use Aloe Vera Gel that i keep in the fridge so its nice and cold and then rub it in, it does help:)

They are probably hypnic jerks. I had those for 5 months. I recently got rid of them by taking "Chelated Magnesium" before bed and when I woke up later in the night.

Regular magnesium supplements are not nearly as effective as the chelated magnesium.
