Hi

Little nervous .... main reason for being here is Panic attacks , I had them since I was 18 ( along time !!)

I don't think I have Social anxiety but seem to have trouble making friends , I'm shy and get tongue tied though. I have attacks of mild depression stemming from being lonely:unsure:

I'm married and have 3 teen plus kids which means they are off having a life and my life feels very empty right now.......

Would love to chat with others

Hi and welcome to this great website.

My kids are nearly both teens and I know what you mean about them having a life of their own.

You will make loads of friends on here, if you want to, and realise you are not alone with your thoughts.
