ive been told i suffer from this, ive been making myself sick after eating for about a month now, at first it was just not eating much for over a year, last few days all i bring up is thick phlegm is it because i havnt eaten much?:blush:

I do not make myself sick on purpose for the sake of losing weight...not sure if that is what your doing? I will say that when I anxiety is high, I gag ALOT and even spit up...especially first thing in the morning and it is clear thick plem. Also, when my anxiety is high, I have NO appetite. This worries me petal. And because I understand.

so sorry about all this. but the plhegm is probably because there isnt anything in you hardly TO throw up. :( I dont want to get graphic but this has happened to me in the past when i went through bad cycles of this..i know that sounds awful like i can switch it on and off. I suffer that ednos and my moods etc affect it all. i dunno.
